For being someone who ADORES doing my nails, I never actually have time to do my nails. I love trying out new designs and looking up tutorials online, but I feel like I never am able to find time in the day to set aside to do one of my most relaxing activities. Such a shame, right?! Well, I managed to find time (aka when I should’ve been studying for a final – do as I say, not as I do, please!!) and came up with this cute look!
What you’ll need:
- Red or maroon nail polish
- A clear top coat
- Scissors
- Gold nail tape
- Patience
Unfortunately, I used regular gold tape, so it didn’t adhere properly to the nail polish. So, it should work out with actual nail tape! Just cut little strips out that fit on the tip of your nail, and put them on after you paint your nails either red or maroon! Finish with a top coat after you apply the gold tape and voilà! There are your holiday nails!
