10 Ways to Make Your Own Day
1) Take care of yourself. when you look good, you feel good.
2) Get your nails done. or your hair. Or both.
3) Go through old pictures. people change. however, memories do not.
4) Set aside a day just for you. (So important!!!)
5) Update your music library. Everyone can use some new music.
6) Make (and eat!!!) your favorite food.
7) SMILE. Smiling alone is proven to enhance your mood. Try it - I promise.
8) Go outside on a sunny day. (This may seem obvious, but you would be surprised how easy it is to stay inside.)
9) Watch your favorite movie.
10) Do some form of a physical activity. Your choice. Endorphins are N O T a myth.
